This hotel was the perfect oasis for a hot Italian summer. Breathtaking views. 5-star service at the front desk and dining. The bar on the rooftop makes excellent cocktails. Spacious modern rooms with comfortable beds and heavenly showers. I loved the tech touch lighting features. Plenty of outlets for charging. The rooftop patio and dining area were excellent for Golden hour and the buffet breakfast. You have to reserve the spa area so I missed out on that but did use the salt/cool tub and showers in the lower level fitness/spa. There are food and shopping as well as the metro within walking distance. I don't recommend it with luggage, however, due to the steep stairs getting up to the hotel. I highly recommend and would return.
5 night stay at the Britannique in Napoli. We felt we were in an Italian dream. The level of service and quality of the property did not seem real. This Hilton somehow had managed to hire the most gracious, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous staff we have ever encountered during a stay. Every interaction with any staff brought a smile to our faces. The room was immaculate. We were upgraded without asking to a room with a view of the Bay of Napoli just because they are cool like that. The daily breakfast buffet on the top floor was ridiculously extravagant. We are still not sure if this was all just a dream or it really happened. We quite sure it did happen, we just still can't believe this wonderful Hotel and the staff exists. Kudos to the Britannique for making our working vacation such a delight.
Great room with view of Mt Vesuvius and the harbor. Excellent staff from front desk to the restaurant on the fifth floor! Delicious antipasti served with Campania wine selection. Taxis at the ready and train station nearby (10 mins.).
A fine hotel to explore Naples, the rooms are excellent in size and comforts and offer all the amenities you would expect. The lighting system is a bit overboard but very nice when you get used to it.
The excellent, friendly and helpful statt is what really makes a difference here. You can have the best hotel, but you still need the people to make it lovely and here they have succeeded.
At arrival we were upgraded and thatfore we had a room with a fantastic view. But be aware of the street in front, so if you prefere silence, take a room to the back.
I really loved the spacious room with it's high ceilings, wooden floors and elegant interieur. The whole hotel is very stylish, a perfect match between old and new.
Only the Spa is tiny and you have to make Reservation beforehand, but usually you don't visit Naples for Spadays anyways.
If you arrive by car the location is great, if not be aware you have to walk a lot of stets, what was fine for us because we like to walk.
I can not say anythong about brakfast, because we had none
The only inconvonience we experienced was handled by staff and management very beautifully.
I highly recommend this hotel!
The views from the window bay are astonishing. We had the inner courtyard. so no view from the room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit away from central streets, however is you stroll around you ll manage …
Gorgeous hotel. The interior is beautiful. Staff are friendly. The rooms are small but very nice. The view from the king sea view room is to die for; ceiling to floor windows. Felt super welcome, they even gave us champagne and dessert set up in the room when we checked in!
Loved this hotel, the rooms are spacious and street facing rooms have a fabulous view. We also enjoyed all the restaurants onsite, and the included hotel breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again. The one downside I …
